Purchase Policies and Terms
Kaleidoscopes are personal art. We realize that a collector will want to view a
kaleidoscope before making a final purchase decision. So, we handle our
transactions using this process:

When you click on our kaleidoscope descriptions, you are transferred to our
eBay store, and all the transaction capabilities of eBay are available to you.

We accept PayPal, MasterCard, or Visa and will charge your credit card when you
purchase.

If the price of the kaleidoscope is over $500 you may elect to use escrow.com,
EBay's chosen escrow service company. There are fees associated with
using escrow. If you are considering it, please contact us by email
prior to purchase.

The buyer pays shipping and handling on all scopes.

Once we receive payment, we will ship your scope via USPS Priority or UPS
Ground, whichever is most appropriate given the weight of your scope. If you
wish to pay for faster delivery, you can specify your wish at the time of
purchase and appropriate shipping and handling fees will be added to your
purchase price.

We will ship your kaleidoscope in art-worthy packaging. You should retain the
packaging in case you want to return the scope. A packing slip will be enclosed
that describes your purchase and contains a label in case you need to return the
scope to us. We will provide re-shipping instructions, too.

You have five (5) days after you receive your kaleidoscope to make a final
purchase decision.

Once you have decided to keep your scope, you notify us and final payment is processed. If using escrow.com we will both follow the process to approve
payment.

Once you have accepted your scope, the artist information and other paper work
regarding the provenance of your scope will be forwarded to you.

If you decide not to keep your kaleidoscope, you must return it to us in the
packaging in which you received it, in the same condition, at your expense.
Upon receipt of the scope, we will credit your credit card or Paypal account
for the purchase price.
All scopes are 100% money-back guaranteed to be as described.
If you are an international buyer please do not pay us until you receive an
invoice including the shipping cost. We will consult you by phone or email to
determine the best shipping method for your scope.
